Steak Tartare. We were able to enjoy this unusual dish at the Thursday evening Untours orientation dinner Le Navigator Restaurant.

- Oh yeah. I tried the steak tartare at Le Navigator. I know it's probably wonderful to some, but I was awfully glad when the desserts came.
